Public Private Partnership

IPMD and Nixon Peabody, a global law firm, have signed an agreement for Nixon Peabody to serve as IPMD’s Public Private Partnership Project (PPP) Counsel.

As a top Global Firm for forming public-private partnerships (“P3”), Nixon Peabody is interested in representing IPMD in forming a P3 with local governments in India, China, Russia, and other countries to deliver healthcare services to rural area where hospitals access is limited. Nixon Peabody has formed some of the earliest P3 relationships, has extensive experience working with governments to secure social P3 arrangements for technology companies, and thus provides extensive thought leadership in the area of P3s.

Mobile Laboratory
For this project, models for three types of mobile clinics have been proposed. The largest, a three container clinic and lab with included living quarters, would contain everything a clinic could need. This would include living quarters for health care workers, an ICU/emergency room, and a general clinic to perform medical examinations. Two other sizes of mobile clinic would be offered to provide variability in accessibility and number of patients that could be treated.

IPMD is proud to announce the business consortium with Nixon Peabody to deliver health care services to the rural areas. Such health care services include but are not limited to: tuberculosis and its drug resistances, all major sexually transmitted diseases and infections, hepatitis and its drug resistant, Malaria, dengue, Measles, Cholera, Onchocerciasis, Pneumonia, Rotavirus, Typhoid, Yellow Fever, etc. These infectious diseases are tested with high accuracy within IPMD’s Modular Laboratories.

IPMD Modular Lab is also collecting human samples. The human samples will be analyzed via IPMD’s proprietary biochip, and the profiles of the biochips can be used as input data to train IPMD Lablet MD Artificial Intelligence Platform that can diagnose chronic diseases as high as 99% accuracy by just using non-invasive human samples, such as a single drop of blood, urine, saliva, etc.

On the other hand, IPMD’s Mobile Health Clinics will visit each of the rural clinics already established, and provide the primary healthcare services on-site. Our Mobile Health Clinics Services include: on-site human sample collections, hypertension, angina pectoris (chest pain), diabetes, asthma, COPD, depression and anxiety, back pain, arthritis, thyroid dysfunction, basic maternal and child health care services, vaccinations, etc. Our Mobile Health Clinics can also serve as emergency care, 911 services, and transportation to the main hospitals nearby for surgery and other health complications.

In order to solve the huge problem of shortages of healthcare professionals in most of the rural areas, IPMD is also establishing Medical Schools, Nursing Schools, and Healthcare Professionals Certification Courses in target areas such as Russia, China, India, and Nigeria. All tuitions are free of charge for accepted applicants to IPMD Educational Systems, and the graduates from the system will be deployed throughout the IPMD modular laboratories and mobile clinics throughout the world.

We strongly believe this ambitious IPMD PPP Project - with support from IPMD PPP Consortium and Joint Ventures, as well as the local governments - will raise enough project-based financing, and will in turn solve global healthcare problems significantly and improve the quality of lives of many people in the world.
